Our philanthropic mission is to develop, validate and scale programs that connect people at the intersection of mindful movement, music, creativity and community - resulting in improved mental, physical and social health. 

Our observations during 15 years of offering classes and workshops in the Los Angeles area is that there is exceptional benefit in people developing a practice on the simple but important observation that “how we move changes how we feel”. These practices involve specific protocols of freestyle and interactive mindful movement.

Our work centers around understanding the mechanisms for delivering these benefits, and making these practices accessible to the broadest possible audience with the goal of greater well-being and large-scale positive impact.
